Who Is Elephant?
Matt Clark is the principal consultant at Elephant Property Solutions. He is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and licensed Class A Commercial/Residential contractor. His father and grandfather were well-respected homebuilders in the Roanoke Valley and Matt learned the building trades at a young age. In his previous role as Chief Operations Officer for a regional developer Matt led the day-to-day operations for hundreds of residential and commercial units and several operating companies. And, as the owner/operator of his family's own rental portfolio he has gained deep insight into the world of independent rental operations. Matt regularly partners with developers, appraisers, brokers, and other real estate professionals on larger projects.
